Case Study: Kama’aina Mortgage Group

The Problem

Kama'aina Mortgage Group wanted to remove the third party contact form and roll their own contact form to gather sales leads.  It was a complex form that needed a solution that was robust but still easy to manage.

The Solution

The first step was bringing the website's content management system up-to-date (Expression Engine).  The decision was made to use the Freeform Pro add-on for the contact form and data collection.  This solution gave a level of redundancy by storing each contact in the database in addition to emailing the client.  As an additional step the Google Analytics implementation was revised to track each step of the form letting the client see user interaction with the form even if it wasn't completed.
